At the center of our menu are Excel Prime beef and our signature marinated short ribs, complemented by traditional Korean dishes, fresh seafood, and a full bar featuring fine wines, cocktails, and Korean favorites.

A short historyChosun Galbee opens on Western Avenue in Los Angeles, beginning a family tradition of Korean barbecue and warm hospitality.
We build our new home on West Olympic Boulevard, with 8,000 square feet of indoor dining and a 4,000-square-foot garden-style patio, welcoming up to 300 guests.
We introduce private dining rooms for groups of 12 to 40, creating dedicated spaces for family celebrations, business gatherings, and special occasions.
Chosun Galbee is included in the MICHELIN Guide, marking a proud milestone in our history.
We receive a Certificate of Recognition from the City of Los Angeles, honoring our contributions to the local community and its dining culture.
